2. Service description

Furiba is a disc golf tournament management platform for creating tournaments, managing registrations, entering scores, and viewing results in real time.

3. Account registration

You must be at least 13 years old
Provide accurate information
You are responsible for your password security
One account per person

4. Tournament fees

Tournament entry fees are set by Tournament Directors. Furiba charges a platform fee per player. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refund policies are set by individual Tournament Directors.

5. Prohibited use

Creating fake accounts or PDGA numbers
Manipulating scores or leaderboards
Harassing other users
Attempting to access other users' accounts

6. Content

Tournament results are public sporting records. Your display name, division, and scores are visible to other users. Private tournament data is only visible to participants.

7. Liability

Furiba is not responsible for injuries during tournaments or disputes between players and TDs. The service is provided "as is." Our liability is limited to fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

8. Account termination

You may delete your account from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Tournament scores remain as anonymized public records after deletion.

9. Governing law

Finnish law applies. Disputes are resolved in the District Court of Helsinki.
